How do I customize my order?

Once you select your product and add it to your cart, a form will pop up and walk you through each piece of info that is needed. Please add your customizations there. Please be sure to triple check spelling as edits may not be able to be made later.

Can I exchange/return my items?

We gladly accept exchanges. To begin your exchange process, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once we have confirmed your exchange items must be shipped back within 21 days of confirmation.
We don’t accept returns or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Because of the nature of these items, the following items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)

What methods of payment are accepted?

We currently accept credit, debit, and PayPal.

Do you offer special discounts?

How long will it take to get my package?

Processing time is 3-5 business days. Once it’s shipped, standard shipping is 3-5 days and express shipping is 1-3 days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order’s label is printed.
